Bookends Farm is a small lesson and training facility utilizing positive reinforcement methods for training both horses and riders/handlers. Located between Wells River and St. Johnsbury, Vermont, I invite clients to work here or I will travel to you. For special offerings, see the Programs page.
I am certified as a Level 2 TAG teacher. To quote from their website:

I am in the process of becoming certified by the Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behavior- using the positive reinforcement methods I have been practicing for 12 years.
Lessons are small (1-3 students) and tailored to the individual needs of adults and/or children. Learning about horses and their care is included in every lesson. Training services focus on helping owners with their horses.
