Bookends Farm is a small lesson and training facility between Wells River and St Johnsbury, Vermont. We are also raising a few young ponies for sale.
Lessons are small (1-3 students) and tailored to individual need. I believe children and adults do best with positive feedback and encouragement (I am a certified Level 1 TAG teacher, currently working on my Level 2 Project). Learning about horses and their care is included in every lesson.
Training services focus on helping owners with their horses and educating them about training methods. I believe it is more beneficial in the long run if owners can deal with problems that come up. have a lifetime of experience and have chosen Clicker Training as the best method for working with horses.
